We have also cooked for clients who are looking for a more home spun gathering that reflects age old family traditions.  At “Taste” there is no such thing as a set menu.  Our repertoire is continually expanding to include the latest food trends and unique recipes from our various travels.  Menus are created for you the client and reflect your particular style and flair.  Our talented chefs take pride in hand making every item we serve.  You can taste the difference.  Exquisite food is one of the primary ingredients in delivering a successful event, no matter what the size.
From the moment we create your original menu we accept nothing less than perfection.  We never compromise on quality and always provide the highest level of service which is presided over by our seasoned staff who are known and asked for island wide.  Bartenders, wait staff, kitchen help, chefs, and event captain are the essentials of any larger gathering.  For more intimate soirees we always provide a trained bartender, wait person and chef.
